GATEHOUSE
Entry into Arlen Complex is via the Gatehouse. There are two (2) entry lanes:
Residents: Lane on the right, and
Visitors: Lane on the left next to the Gatehouse.
Security of the Arlen Complex is improved by use of recorded security camera coverage of all vehicles and pedestrians entering and leaving the property and a computer controlled Entry Management System to manage and record entry of vehicles.
Legitimate Owners and Renters, including the Marina, will be able to establish a Security system account and install a Transponder on their vehicle which will allow them entry through the Residents Lane. All others will need to check in with the Gatehouse Security Guard and will only
be allowed entry ifthey have been authorized by a valid current Owner or Renter.
All Owners and valid Renters and their Guests have legitimate access to the Arlen House Complex.
The Marina Owner has the same privileges as a Condominium unit Owner and persons who lease a slip from the Marina (Renters) are treated the same as a Condominium unit Renter in that they are entitled to entry through the Residents Lane if they obtain a Transponder (after completing a background check).
Visitors (family, friends, employees, vendors, brokers, buyers, etc.), are Guests and must enter the property through the Visitors Lane. To allow Visitor entry, Owners or Renters must have established a valid Security account and then can authorize Visitor entry.
Details of the system, including associated parking procedures, and responsibilities of the Boards, Property Managers, Security, Door Staff, Gatehouse Security Guard car be obtained from the Management Office.
