Valet parking service is available at the Front Door to residents and guests of Arlen House.  The fee is $2.00 for day parking and $3.00 for overnight parking.  See the door person at Front Desk.

A secure mail box for each unit is located in the Mail Room in the Lobby.  Large mail and other package deliveries are picked up at the Front Desk.

There is a Laundry Unit located on each floor from the 3rd to the PH floors.  Each Laundry Unit has two washers and two dryers.  All new washers and dryers were installed late 2006, The machines operate by a Coinmatch reloadable cash card.  Cards are available at the Office and can be reloaded by the machine in the Mail Room.

Handyman Service: Neville's Workshop is located at the Lower Lobby Service Entrance.  There is a sign-up sheet there if you want work done in your unit by Neville (for pay). 

The City of Sunny Isles Beach offers free Community Shuttle Service that stops at the front entrance to Arlen house and runs throughout the City seven days a week. Go to SIB Community Shuttle Schedule for exact times and scheduled stops. 

Miami-Dade Transit provides several bus stops throughout SIB including stops at intersection of Collins Ave (A1A) and Bayview Drive.  For more information on schedules and services, go to MiamiDade Transit for routes and schedules.  Miami-Dade County residents 65 years or older are entitled to a free Transit Golden Pass.
